Year: 1974-75

Tim was one of the top athletes to graduate from Beaver Local. During his career, he earned nine varsity letters, three in football, two in basketball, and four in baseball. Tim was named as a first team member to both the All Area and All County football teams during his sophomore, junior and senior years. He was selected as the Columbiana County Lineman of the Year in 1974 and a First Team Tri-County All Star during that same year. Tim was also the leading scorer on the 1973 undefeated football team. In basketball, Tim earned the Coach's Award as a junior and was selected to the All Area and All County first teams. In addition to his four letters in baseball, Tim was named the outstanding pitcher in his sophomore, junior and senior years. He holds the distinction for pitching the first no hitter in the sectional finals. Tim was selected captain of the 1975 team. Tim's miscellaneous awards include outstanding member of the senior class, the Dike Beede Memorial Award, the Evening Review Top Area Athlete Award (senior year) and was voted one of the top ten athletes by the Evening Review in 1999.
